Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect through ergolavos.mytaxconsultant.gr and our client portal, why we collect it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

What we collect
- Quote request form: name, phone, e-mail, area, project description and your preferred contact method.
- Clients and client portal: contact details, address, VAT number, project details, quotes, contracts, payments, documents and progress photos.
- Digital signatures: signer name, signature image, date, time, IP address and device type, as evidence of acceptance.
- Security data: IP addresses and logs, used to protect the website against abuse.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your request and preparing a quote — steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Carrying out the work, invoicing and keeping you updated — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Website security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Showing third-party maps and videos — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that did not lead to a contract: up to 24 months.
- Client and project records: for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards as required by tax law or for legal claims.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Access may be given to:
- our hosting provider,
- partners and subcontractors working on your project, where necessary,
- our accountant and public authorities, where the law requires it,
- Google (maps) and YouTube (videos), only if you allow it in the cookie settings.
Security
Personal data, financial data and documents are stored encrypted. Access is only possible over a secure connection (HTTPS) and by authorised staff, with two-step verification and a log of every action.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, e-mail info@mytaxconsultant.gr. We will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
